The American division producing steel was not able to correct financial affairs and at least slightly reduce the amount of debts. And most importantly, there are no prerequisites that overseas manufacturers will overcome a deep crisis over the next year and begin to profit by Thyssenkrupp.

Given these circumstances, the leaders of the German steel concern began to work on strategic plans for factories in the United States of America and Brazil, which invested a total of about 12 billion euros. A variety of options will be considered, up to the sale of unprofitable enterprises, otherwise the company itself from Germany risks the risk of bankrupt. In the industry, which is metallurgy, you need to be very practical and far -sighted - otherwise bankruptcy may become inevitable. Therefore, the owners of the Steel company Thyssenkrupp will make the decision in the shortest possible time. The estimated total cost of the American and Brazilian plants today is about 7 billion euros. However, it is almost impossible to predict what price to German entrepreneurs will be able to sell them.
