Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant on the Day of Metallurg plans to open a new cold rolling complex

The new complex of the cold rental workshop is fully modernized. Its main goal and strategic task is to release galvanized and cold -rolled high -quality rental for automotive industry, household appliances and, in the total number for the construction industry of domestic and foreign companies. The planned capacity of the updated workshop is about 2 million tons of products per year. With the new complex, the plant will turn into a leading supplier of metal products in the Russian automobile market.

Part of the complex has already been enforced in 2011. It was a real breakthrough in the field of metallurgy. A continuous-grass unit, which is combined with a pentacle of 2000 Cold rolling, will allow the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Combine to increase the production of hot galvanized and cold-rolled products in the structure of production itself, expand the manufactured products in the stain assortment and provide a car industry with a galvanized cold-rolled sheet from high-strength modes steel.

On the day of metallurgists, an advanced new complex will see the light, which yet has no analogues in Russia in terms of its technical characteristics.

In the cold rolling workshop, it is planned to produce about 700 thousand tons of galvanized products in rolls and at least 900 thousand tons for a year of bofed products. These new capacities will give the Magnitogorsk plant to become a leader among suppliers of metal distribution in the Russian market.
