Izhneftemash puts into operation new Italian equipment for the repair of electric engines

Izhneftemash OJSC has launched a program for modernizing production facilities in the key production workshop, zip to oil industry equipment and pumps, and it is also planned to put into operation the installation of plasma cutting of the EasyCut 2060 of the company "HTC".

New plasma cutting complexes have the perfect accuracy of plasma burner positioning, and are 0.15 mm. The new equipment includes Lantek software (a new perfect metal cutting program, which will achieve almost one hundred percent useful consumption of the material).

In addition, Izhneftemash OJSC, updates the machinery park of procurement. This solution will reduce the problem of reducing the production cycle and increasing the operation of consumer and customers orders. The manufactured products will become even more in demand in the construction industry, in mechanical engineering and will be delivered not only to the domestic market-in the Kurgan, Tyumen, Sverdlovsk, Omsk, regions, but also to Yamal-Nenets, Khanty-Mansiysky districts.

For the economy, starting new production is not only the ability to have its own plasma cutting devices for specific industries, but also more than a thousand jobs.

The installation of plasma cutting on the design capacity of OJSC Izhneftemash plans to launch before the end of this month.





Nering-service is a workshop on repair of electric engines in St. Petersburg. The workshop will perform the entire complex of repair of the electric motor from rewinding sections to the restoration of seats for bearings. Any types and brands of electric motors are taken in the repair.
