Master's Day at Saza

Recently, the Sayanogorsk Aluminum Plant was held by the "Master's Day". The conference was attended by 60 key managers and managers of the enterprise. The purpose of the working meeting was to analyze the results of the plant for the last five months of this year, as well as the adjustment of the previously set tasks for the second half of the year, taking into account the new world situations and the results of the Rusal management conference, which took place at the end of May.

The conference was planned for two days. At the event, the emphasis for discussion was on a critical analysis of the achieved results of the enterprise. As part of the event, the possibilities of improving production indicators were considered. Anton Saza (director) analyzed in detail the technical and economic results of the plant’s work over the past two years and called the priority tasks for this year.

According to Anton Savchenko, to improve production indicators, the plant should take into account the problems of the global economy, especially the drop in metal prices, electricity, rising prices for raw materials, a decrease in aluminum consumption in the world, as well as a crisis of eurozone.

At the conference, they came to the conclusions that in the coming year the situation in the world will not improve, so you should be prepared for everything and accept the challenge. Nevertheless, SAZ has the best qualified specialists who are not far from the problems of the plant.

At the forum of the Sayanogorsk aluminum plant, they sounded many good offers to improve the crisis situation. Among them: the decrease and control of various costs in production, increasing labor productivity, increase in production, production of “effective tons”, point investments, the development of the production system, and the implementation of energy conservation programs.

The directorate of the plant promised to consider and discuss at a joint planned meeting all submitted proposals.
