On June 22, 2012, at the contest of the Ilyich, the winner “Best Collective Agreement of 2011” in a group of enterprises with a number of employees of over 3,000 people, among enterprises with a number of employees from 1001 to 3,000, the winner was named by the winner, the winner was named LLC SRZ. In enterprises with the number of employees from 501 to 1000 people, the competition won the Ecuelichproduct LLC. In a group of enterprises with the number of employees from 101 to 500, the Azov Oil Company won LLC, with the number of employees from 51 to 100 people, the best company Ukrtransagro LLC. In a group of enterprises with the number of employees up to 50 people, the winner became LLC Promilstroyproekt.
The history of the competition for the best sorpray began not so long ago, in 2006 with the initiative of the city authorities of Mariupol. Currently, almost every enterprise in the city of Mariupol, which includes hired workers, has concluded such agreements between the administration and the team.
The standard collective agreement provides for the resolution of disputes and the distribution of liability between hired personnel and the management of the enterprise in issues such as the amount of guaranteed wages, labor protection measures and other issues of the enterprise’s life. The first deputy mayor Gennady Mitrofanov noted the importance of the conclusion of the condemnation: “Often this document allows you to find a compromise between the employer and the employee.”
