Chinese manufacturers of metal rolling, under pressure from highly weakened demand in the domestic market, offer sheet steel at a price of $ 580 per ton (FOB) and also give additional discounts. Nevertheless, manufacturers have become inclined in all regions to consider the current situation in the steel market as a temporary, related to seasonal decrease in demand. A certain increase in the consumption of metal rolling is predicted in September.
