The lipetsk Arbitration Court will consider the lawsuit of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant to the Stolkonstronstruction concern

The lipetsk Arbitration Court appointed in mid -July the consideration of the claim of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant on the recovery of about 2.2 billion rubles of debt from the Stolkonstrukiy concern.

At the beginning of this year, every the board of the announcements said that on February15 the court suspended the production of the concern in connection with the examination of metal structures that was supposed to monitor the object of Novolipitsky Metallurgical plant. The Federal Center for Industry of Construction and Pricing in Construction was to determine the cost of metal structures.

The lawsuit contains a claim for the recovery of unreasonable enrichment in the amount of up to 2.07 billion rubles for using other people's funds in the amount of about 144.7 million rubles for the period from the end of 2010 to the end of 2011.
The Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant - one of the largest manufacturers has become around the world (about 11.5 million tons of steel production in 2010).

In connection with the filing of the lawsuit, the Stolkonstrusthstroy concern decided to combine two design, technological and research institute, 24 installation organizations, 14 factories. The investigation is conducted. The court decision will be only at the end of July.
