For the construction of a plant in the Novosibirsk Region, the metal profile allocated up to $ 20 million

A group of companies Metal Profile completed the commissioning of the production lines of the plant in the Novosibirsk region.

In the reconstruction and construction of buildings, in equipment for the production of sandwich panels, as well as in the arrangement of the territory and warehouse areas, metal tiles, additional elements of profiled flooring, steel siding were invested $ 20 million.

The new plant began its work in February this year. A completely new and unique proposal of an enterprise for a given region is a sandwich panel of an elemental assembly. Such panels in Russia are produced so far only the metal profile. The company is the only supplier of steel products with the so -called Colorcoat Prisma coating. Steel is produced in the UK and differs in almost half a century of operation.

The new factory put into effect a high -speed line of cutting metal (satisfies up to 70% of the needs for the products). This year, the construction of the second stage of the plant began. This stage is planned to be completed by launching the line of three-layer sandwich panels.

The main feature of the line is high performance. This is a unique production and quality production in Europe. Now, by order of the group, the equipment of companies is made in Italy. Investments are planned to recoup in 5-7 years. The May plan is made by almost 140%.
