Losses are growing at Metinvest enterprises

According to the data presented by the enterprises themselves, the Azovstal plant became more unprofitable by 1,249.184 million UAH, reducing net income compared to the same period in 2011 by 23.83%, and the Ilyich plant increased the net loss of 2.6 times compared to the same period of 2011 - up to 1,690, 270 million GRN.

At the meto -station data included in the Metinvest group, the sale of ferrous metal rolling fell by 15 - 20% compared to the same period in 2011. So Azovstal received a pure income for the first half of the year 12,292, 305 million UAH, and the Ilyich MMK 13 960, 241 million UAH.

The main shareholders of the Metinvest group are the SCM (71.25%) group and the Smart-Holding Group of Companies (23.75%).
