The Ilyich plant is launched by the recently stopped agents No. 1

The leadership of the Ilyich Mariupol Metallurgical Plant decided to resume the work of the unit continuous zincolovgy No. 1 with a capacity of 180,000 tons of galvanizing per year, stopped a month ago due to a sharp decrease in demand for the sheet, galvanized by Russian consumers. According to the representative of the enterprise, the launch of Angz No. 1 became possible due to an increase in the number of applications from both Ukrainian companies and foreign consumers.

The line of continuous zincing is planned to be launched in early August, and today the necessary preparatory work is carried out to resume production. According to preliminary estimates, about 20 thousand tons of galvanizing will be made in August.
