Fu ARC suspenses the creation of a business company on the basis of the property

The property of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea decided to stop the process of creating a business company on the basis of property, which is not included in the authorized fund of OJSC "Kerch Metallurgical Plant," said FI ARC.

The Kerch Metallurgical Plant for the most part specializes in the production of cast -iron and steel casting, welding installations. On the basis of three large workshops, the plant created the Kerch Switch Plant. The company finished 2002 with a huge loss of 10,669 thousand UAH. A few years later, the plant reduced its income for sales of products to 13,864 thousand UAH (24.7%). The volume of production sharply decreased to 7,794 thousand UAH. (18.7%).

The Verkhovna Rada of Crimea allowed the Property Fund of Crimea, together with the Kerch Metallurgical Plant OJSC, create a business company on the basis of property that was not included in the statutory fund of the station.

As a share in the authorized fund of a completely new society, it is supposed to include property in Kerch, which belongs to the republic: the recreation center "Surge", the Parusa dispensary and the Palace of Culture named after Engels.
In September, a representative office of the property of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in Kerch decided to privatize the Cosmos children's health camp, which belongs to the Crimean autonomy and is not part of the authorized fund of the Kerch Metallurgical Combine OJSC.

The camp is located on the shores of the Black Sea near the village. Rybakovka. The picturesque landscaped area with an area of ​​3.7 hectares is thought out, conveniently planned for children to relax.
