GKCBFR confirmed the fact of the sale of MMK named after Ilyich

The shareholders of Ilyich-Stal CJSC, the main owner of the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich, on April 30, 2009, were registered at one address Cyprus companies Emorsa Ltd, librani Co. LTD, REWEIN LTD and Formigos Holdings LTD - 24,999%.

The relevant information is posted in the disclosure system of the State Commission on Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine (GKTFR).

Emorsa was presented in the register through the nominal guardian of the depository bureau LLC (Nikolaev), liberani and Rewein-through Kastodian LLC (Kherson), and Formigos through Alcom LLC (Krivoy Rog).
