Ukrainian trumpets reduced the production of products

Over seven months of 2012, dill pipe plants reduced the volume of pipe production by 2.7% compared to the same period in 2011. The total number of pipes produced since the beginning of the year amounted to 1.279 million tons.

The growth of production at the Khartsyz Pipe Plant of the Metinvest group, which began at the very beginning of 2012, was replaced by a fall in the second quarter. The fall as a whole in the industry was not very significant thanks to the coordinated work of the plants belonging to the Interpipe group. So at the Interpipe-NMTZ there is an increase in production from 125.7 thousand tons to 144.5 thousand tons, for “Interpipe NTZ” from 237.3 thousand tons to 252.6 thousand tons and for “Interpipes Niko Tyub” from 223.7 thousand tons to 255.7 thousand tons.

The rest of the enterprises, manufacturers of pipes, worked on January - July 2012 quite stably. So the Lugansk Pipe Plant slightly reduced the shipment of products from 133 thousand tons in January - July 2011 to 116 thousand tons in the same period in 2012.
