Rinat Akhmetov will soon buy up the whole of Ukraine

After the transaction was completed on the purchase of OJSC Zaporozhstal, the Metivest group aimed at the rest of the large enterprises of the Zaporizhzhya region. The expected decision was announced the first time by the press service of the so-called antimonopoly committee of Ukraine: Metinvest BV, the main unit of the group Mr. Akhmetov, is given permission to acquire more than 50% of the shares of the Amazovsky Mining and Processing Combine LLC, located in the village of Ozovskoe, Zaporizhzhya region and PJSC Zaporozhokoks located in itself Zaporozhye.

Today, the group Metinvest owns a huge number of enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex, many of which are strategic assets of Ukraine. Azovstal, MMK named after Ilyich, Request - all these factories became the property of the successful entrepreneur Mr. Akhmetov. And not one of the acquisitions of the group Metinvest has met any objections from the Ukrainian authorities.
