Previously, the entire volume of supplies from the MMK named after Ilyich, with rare exceptions, was produced through CJSC Ilyich - Steel.

On May 26 of the current year, at the Interfax press conference, the sale of 10% of the shares of Ilyich-Stal CJSC four offshore companies was announced.

On May 27, the Ilya Gershkovich Gorn arrived in Mariupol with the state registrar, and presented documents on his appointment by the general director of Ilyich-Stal CJSC.

On the basis of these documents, the state registrar registered the new charter of Ilyich-Stal CJSC, issued him a new certificate of state registration of Ilyich-Stal CJSC, made appropriate changes to the Unified State Register by changes in the leadership and sent a notification to the tax administration on his powers as the head of Ilyich-Stal CJSC.

The scandal around the Ilyich MMK and the attempts of a raider attack did not affect the work of the enterprise. This was announced by the executive director of Ilyich-Stal CJSC Alexander Rybko. “None of our partners doubt the conscientious fulfillment of contractual obligations. Orders for the plant were received and continue to arrive, ”said Alexander Rybko. According to him, the Ilyich plant is fully fulfilled in full and in the agreed time.
