According to the data provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in July, in relation to June 2012, metallurgical plants reduced export shipments of sheet metal rolling by 16.5%. In total, 510.71 thousand tons of sheet rental for a total amount of $ 307.5 million were ruled for export.
The export component of the hot -rolled sheet decreased by 14.3%, or by 68.45 thousand tons to 411.66 thousand tons. The export component of a cold -rolled sheet decreased by 14.5%, or by 10.23 thousand tons to 60.19 thousand tons, the rest of the flat rental lost 23.3%, or 11.82 thousand tons to 38.86 thousand tons.
If we take on the basis of July 2011, then the shipment of flat rental for export in July 2012 decreased by 17.7%, which shall secure 109.56 thousand tons. In January - July 2012, the export shipments of sheet steel amounted to 4096.67 thousand tons and decreased by 10.4% or 473.9 thousand tons compared to the same period last year.
