For twelve years, the main branch of the food industry in Iran is the production of milk powder. Currently, these products have become the basis for the manufacture of ice cream, baby food, sour -milk and confectionery.
In Iran, very few dumplings are known that the country has domestic equipment for the food industry . Dumplings are made on the equipment of Chinese or European production. And this largely prevents the development of the industry.
But still, thanks to an advertising company conducted by enterprises of the dairy industry, milk consumption in the country has increased. The rural population has become more active in passing milk to processing companies. The profitability of the Iranian dairy industry has increased.
