At the Exhibition of the International Congress "Non -ferrous metals - 2012" in Krasnoyarsk, the project "linear Induction Machines" Diton "(lim) for MSD costs for melts of non -ferrous metals" was presented. The machine will provide mixing and dosage of molten metal in the bucket. The use of the machine will allow you to receive melts homogeneous in composition and heating. The implementation of the project is aimed to improve the quality of alloys and the productivity of metallurgical processes. The development will be available for small enterprises, since its cost is several times lower than other similar devices. Also at the exhibition, equipment sets of automated systems with Internet access using 4G USB modem and various network devices. LLC "Diton" for the first time presents its development at the exhibition. This happened with the active support of the regional and technological business incubator. The project will be implemented in 2013. About 7.5 million rubles were invested in the project.
