LLC Russian Blacksmare Plants produces heavy hot subsur drives weighing up to 350 kg, which are a workpiece for the production of industrial products. For the manufacture of generations, forging and hot stamping is used. The blanks are delivered to agricultural engineering enterprises, automotive, rail and oil and gas industry.
The OP project for the modernization of LLC Russian Blacks Academic Plants is conducted by joint efforts
OJSC "Kirovsky Plant" and OJSC "Chelyabinsk Kuznechno Plant". To complete the work is scheduled in 2013. The first stage of the project, including the implementation of most of the tasks, will be implemented before the end of this year.
At the moment, the press is underway, the installation of a new three -section chamber furnace. Soon a fraudulent drum and a new quenching bath will be commissioned. The total project cost is estimated at 150 million rubles.
