Tata Steel's recently commissioned ferrochrome plant in the Gopalpur industrial park in the Odisha area has reached a milestone in production. The company started a new ferrochrome production, which is carried out in compliance with all technical parameters.
The plant has an installed capacity of 55,000 tons per year (TPA). This is a unique environmentally friendly production with the most modern equipment to prevent wastewater pollution. It has a 100 percent recirculation system that serves the water needs of the plant.
