Demand for fast -monked buildings is growing by 20% per year

In Ukraine, an increase in the demand for houses of installation type has begun. Frame housebuilding has long been widespread in Europe and slowly gets to our country. Half of American suburban real estate are quickly built buildings of a modular or frame structure.

Ukrainian growth is due to the unwillingness of people to acquire ready -made, often outdated buildings. When buying an installation house, a customer of a construction company receives modern housing as soon as possible.

The construction of the installation house does not take much time, since the main structural elements are proposed in the collected form. The installers can only fasten the assemblies of the assembly house with the help of a special perforated mounting tape and carry out finishing work.

For comparison in neighboring Slovenia, such houses give loans at 3.47% for 25 years, but for us this is a very distant prospect.
