Metinvest Eurasia reduces vacation prices

The Russian branch of the Metinvest Group of Companies, Metinvest Eurasia announced a decrease in wholesale prices for Russian consumers of the Ilyich Mammaker by an average of 3-4%.

So, a hot -rolled sheet of steel 3 with a thickness of 2 to 6 mm, metinvest offers Russians at a price of 20,000 rubles/ton, from 8 to 22 mm for 22,000 rubles/ton, and from 22 to 50 mm at a price of 23,000 rubles/ton, taking into account the VAT from the warehouse in Belgorod.

Cold -rolled and galvanized sheet and roll in price have not yet lost anything and are sold 2,000 and 30,000 rubles/ton, respectively.

The Azovstal Sortoy rental also lost about 2% in price and on average costs 26,000 - 28,000 rubles/ton.

A certain decrease in the price in Metinvest is explained by the need to increase the share of sales of Ukrainian metal rolling in the Russian market. With the same level of prices last month, Russian -made metal rolls were sold much better than Ukrainian due to higher quality.

Interestingly, in Ukraine, the situation with Russian leaf rental looks different. In the Ukrainian market, the Russian leaf is sold worse than Ukrainian at the same price.
