The Customs Union will accept Ukraine into its ranks and Gazprom will reduce the price of gas to $ 160 per thousand cubic meters. Such a statement Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolai Azarov sounded on Tuesday at a meeting with the Odessa authorities.
"Russia puts on us the conditions: let's, join the Customs Union and tomorrow you will have gas $ 160," Mr. Azarov told the present.
During the further conversation, the Prime Minister emphasized that joining the Customs Union fully meets the national interests of Ukraine. According to Nikolai Azarov, Ukraine produces more than 40% of international turnover with the countries of the Customs Union.
But do not neglect the 30% international turnover of the European Union, which came to the countries of the European Union, noted the prime minister and said that joining the free trade zone with Europe and the further political association with the European Union also meet the national interests of the state.
Nikolai Azarov said that Ukraine should not make a choice between the Customs Union and the free trade zone and is going to cooperate with everyone, including Asian countries.
