Ukrainian factory Dneprospetsstal will fire 25% of workers

According to the agency UNIAN , the Ukrainian electrometallurgical plant "Dniproospetsstal" intends to dismiss 25% of the enterprise team.

The leadership of the plant explains its solution to the lack of demand for products in the domestic and foreign market.

“In order to avoid the complete stop of the enterprise, the leadership of PJSC Dneprospetsstal decided to bring the regular number in line with the actual loading of production facilities. Until December 1, 2012, the number of released employees can be about 25% of the number of personnel of the enterprise, ”the DniproSpetsstal plant said in an official message.

Today, dismissals have not yet been taking place, and preparations for reductions are in full swing. Workers who are threatened with dismissal have already acquainted with draft orders for "optimization of the staffing."

Unofficially, Dnepro-Spotsstal employees report the possibility of maintaining jobs and increasing production volumes in case of decreasing administrative costs, introducing new industries such as powder painting of metal , concluding new long-term agreements on Sales of their products and total savings of all resources used.

The enterprise management set its conditions for maintaining the number of employees: full compensation by the state of VAT debts, reducing electricity tariffs and natural gas and an increase in orders to 20 thousand tons per month.

PJSC "Electrometallurgical Plant" Dnepropospetsstal named after A. N. Kuzmina ”produces products from stainless, instrumental, high -speed (including the powder metallurgy manufactured by the method), bearing, structural alloy and carbon steels. It sells products in 60 countries.
