Metallurgy of Ukraine reduces the production of metal rolling by 10%

Only from the beginning of October 2012, in the first 8 days, the average daily production of the metal rolling of the Ukrainian Mammonea fell by September by 9.7% and amounted to 69 thousand tons, reports UNIAN .

According to the Metallurgprom association, the average daily production of raw steel decreased by 7.5%, the melting of cast iron fell by 2.4%, which amounted to 79.6 thousand tons and 74 thousand tons, respectively.

At the Balance Meeting, the production capacities of the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine involved in the work as of October 1, 2012: 24 out of 36 domain furnaces (67%), 17 out of 21 converter (81%), 11 out of 16 Marten -diered furnaces (69%) and 6 out of 15 electric furnaces (40%).

According to UNIAN agency in the Metallurgprom Association, in September 2012, the metallurgy of Ukraine reduced the production of metal rolling in relation to August by 3.2% to 2.292 million tons, steel by 1.6% to 2.583 million tons, cast iron - by 0.09% to 2.275 million tons.

The fall from the beginning of the year, as we are already reported , amounted to 8% (21.967 million tons), 6% (24.592 million tons) and a cast iron) and 1% cast iron (21.358 million million (21.358 million tons).
