"Ilyich-Stal" and "Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich" intend to judge in court to prove the illegality of the deal for the sale of shares of CJSC, said the CEO of the Metco Room, Vladimir Boyko, the newspaper Ilich.in.ua informs.

According to V. Boyko, at present, the legal entrepreneurs' legal services have prepared a number of claims to various courts to cancel transactions with shares of Ilyich -Steel CJSC. “We are preparing lawsuits and we will fight to restore everything and return everything to its place. I am sure that we will break through,” he said.

V. Boyko emphasized that he was counting on a positive resolution of the situation. Vladimir Semenovich is optimistic and confident that the plant is experiencing only temporary difficulties: "We will defend our enterprise. It cannot be otherwise. I have said more than once that I have not signed any documents for the sale of shares. And if my signature is forged, we will prove that this is falsification."

At the same time, he once again noted that the missile plant will have to go to unite with other companies in order to ensure stable work. “In any option, we will have to unite with someone - we ourselves will not survive. I didn’t succeed in having its own coke, my own GOK, my own ore. But now you need to defend the plant,” the general director summed up.
