The Ilyich plant begins preparations for the reconstruction

The estimated effect for the ecology of the city of Mariupol will consist in a decrease in harmful emissions into the atmosphere by 73 thousand tons per year.

The reconstruction of the Ilyich Mariupolsky Mammage of the Mariupolsky Missile Room is scheduled for the “Environmental Protection Program for the city of Mariupol for 2012 - 2020” for 2015, but preparatory work has already begun today.

The investment project for reconstruction of the agglofrics will be carried out in accordance with the technological strategy for the development of the enterprise and implies phased implementation. The estimated cost of work on the modernization of agglomeration production will be $ 310 million.

The main stages of the reconstruction provide for the modernization of gas treatment machines and aspiration systems of the cooling zone of agglomeration machines No. 1-6 (SPAK Electrofillations), reconstruction of gas treatment equipment of the coaling zone of agglomeration machines No. 7-12 and zone of sintering aglomashin No. 1-12, reconstruction Aggar -finished products and aspiration systems of the Shikhto -preparation workshop.

At the Ilyich plant, a meeting was held with the participation of the deputy chief engineer for the protection of the environment of the Ilyich Plant Alexander Smovrov and the head of the agglomeration workshop Andrei Panchenko. The task was to prepare a technical task before the end of this year and evaluate technical and commercial proposals for changing the technology for cleaning agglomeration gases and aspiration systems.
