Azovstal will not pay dividends

Azovstal metallurgical plant, which is part of the Metinvest group, despite the availability of retained earnings at the beginning of 2010, will not pay dividends. This was announced by one of the minority shareholders of the company.

This decision was made by the annual meeting of shareholders last Friday.
