Khartsyz Pipe Plant modernized production

Metinvest continues to reconstruct his enterprises. The leadership of the Khartsyz Pipe Plant reported on the completion of work to modernize the automatic control system of the booth machine of the pipes production line with a diameter of 508 mm to 1422 mm.

Improving the operation of the management system is based on the introduction of a unified model of coordination of all operational programs of a decying machine. Adjacent work on the unit was also carried out, in particular, the old pipelines were replaced and an improved wedge of the wedge on the main highway was installed.

A feature of this modernization was that it was carried out by the forces of the enterprise of the Khartsyz Pipe Plant. Having refused to attract specialists from Germany, the metallurgists have already saved more than 200 thousand UAH and are counting on the economic effect of reducing the cost of repairs.

The improved system of control of a decying machine on the line of production of straight -line pipes will reduce the time of emergency downtime and supplement the process of monitoring the unit with new functions.
