Chelyabinsk pipe factory is adjusted to Tatneft

Chelyabinsk Pipel Plant OJSC and Tatneft oil corporation developed and signed a joint program of scientific and technical cooperation for the next five years.

From this year to 2017, Chelyabinsk engineers are required to develop new types of pipes and pipeline products for the oil and gas industry. The development and production of new products will take place taking into account the requirements of Tatneft and the prospects for the development of the oil industry.

According to the press center of the enterprise, in the framework of the interaction of the CHTPZ will be produced by: pump-and-compressor pipes (TCT) with threaded joints of increased tightness; production of NCT with couplings of reduced diameter; Cartoaking pipes for working in high temperature conditions, Fittings PND and other products.

The partnership provides for the development of the project for the manufacture of oil and gas pipes with internal coating by heat -resistant polymers. The manufacture of pipes will be engaged in the Chelyabinsk and Pervoural Pipetric Plants, and by applying the polymer coating - Tatneft.

Trubnikov ChTPZ and oil workers Tatneft are connected by long -term partnerships, within the framework of which the pipes at Tatneft take place today and the services of the Rimer oilfield division are sold.
