July 1, 2010 OJSC MMK named after Ilyich will hold a meeting of shareholders on which the question is about the increase in the authorized fund of the company.
The new authorized capital will be 3 092 934 354 (three billion ninety -two million nine -thirty -four thousand three hundred and fifty -four) UAH. Additionally, 9 020 020 932 are placed (nine billion twenty million twenty thousand nine hundred and thirty -two) pieces of simple registered shares with a nominal value of 0.25 UAH. Each, with a total value of 2 255 005 233 (two billion two hundred and fifty -five million five hundred hundred and twenty -three) UAH.
Thus, the authorized fund of OJSC MMK named after Ilyich will increase four times. On the same day, a meeting of shareholders of Ilyich-Stal CJSC was scheduled, where there is also one of the questions an increase in the authorized fund by four times.
We remind you that the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich is negotiating on the unification with Metinvest Holding and apparently certain agreements were reached on the shared participation of the holding in the joint -stock capital of the MMK.
