MMK named after Ilyich has passed under the control of Metinvest B.V.

The meeting of the shareholders of the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich ended. An increase in the authorized capital was approved four times with an additional issue of shares in the amount of 2,255 005 233 (two billion two hundred and fifty -five million two hundred hundred and twenty -three) UAH. As a result, the authorized fund of the enterprise will be 3 092 934 354 (three billion ninety -two million nine hundred and thirty -four thousand three hundred and fifty four) UAH.

After the placement of additional supplies, 75 % of the shares will belong to Metinvest (taking into account the shares already belonging to it at the moment). About 23% will remain under the control of the Chairman of the Board, General Director Vladimir Boyko. The owners of the remaining shares will be minority shareholders. All shareholders, including minority, will have the right to acquire shares of additional emission of theuncture, protected by law.

The new shareholders decided to rename OJSC to the Public Joint -Stock Company Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich in accordance with the action of the new Law of Ukraine “On Joint -Stock Companies” and elected a new composition of governing and regulatory authorities.

Vladimir Boyko was elected chairman of the board, General Director of PJSC Ilyich, the first deputy general director, Sergey Matvienkov, the financial director Dmitry Demidovich, Mikhail Gusev’s deputy financial director.

A new composition of the Supervisory Board of 9 people was also elected.
The chairman of the Supervisory Board was Yuri Chertukov. The composition included: Tatyana Lagunova, Vasily Gonchar, Marina Grony, Valery Stasyuk, Sergey Azarov and Alexander Bilyk. The remaining two members of the Supervisory Board will be elected at the next general meeting of shareholders.

Three people were elected to the new composition of the revision commission: Chairman German Teenchi, Nina Lukyanenko and Andrei Khvorov.

The shareholders also replaced the securities register. Now keeping records of all owners of the registered shares of the missile plant will be the United Registration Company LLC.
