The press center of the Azovstal plant presented data on the production of the main types of products for the first half of the year:
The smelting of steel in six months increased by 52.6% - to 2871.9 thousand tons, cast iron - by 53%, to 2464.4 thousand tons, the production of coke - by 12.7%, up to 1044.2 thousand tons, the production of finished rolling - by 52.2%, to 2678.4 thousand tons.
The rental production for June amounted to 438.6 thousand tons of rental, 484.3 thousand tons were 423.3 thousand tons. In June 2010, the Azovstal plant produced 179.0 thousand tons of gross coke 6% humidity.
The production of finished rental in June compared to MAI decreased by 9.6%.
