2) coal-seed (size 6 ... 13 mm);
3) large fraction (fist) 50 ... 100 mm;
4) fine anthracite (13 ... 25 mm);
5) coal rod (less than 6 mm);
6) mixed fraction (fist-nut) 25 ... 100 mm;
7) anthracite sludge (residues of coal preparation).
Anthracite has a gray-black color with a bright metallic sheen that makes it stand out from other coals. It is almost entirely composed of carbon with up to 9 percent volatiles. This determines its high calorific value - over 8000 kcal from one kilogram of coal.

High heat-and-power characteristics make anthracite indispensable and beneficial for heating houses, for use in furnaces and solid fuel boilers. Due to its high calorific value, this fuel perfectly heats metals and alloys for their heat treatment.
Low Anthracite coal price makes its use ubiquitous. In addition to heating, this type of coal is successfully used in water purification filters or can serve as a decorative element.
