I would like to share my personal experience of using modern means for space heating Hitachi as well as for heating water. To make it clear, I will immediately say that I am the owner of a hotel that has been operating for almost a whole year, it is located in one of the regional centers of the Kirov region (if someone does not understand, then the average air temperature in winter is about 15 degrees Celsius, and in summer vice versa +15 degrees). Even at the design stage, I decided that I would use only those systems and electrical appliances that in the future would allow me to save on space heating, as well as on the use of electricity (here almost 50% are taken by solar panels).
Choosing and arguing for a suitable option
Gasification in our village is a very bright dream, which will probably take a long time to wait. I considered the option of using solid fuel boilers, but, given the lack of a centralized system for supplying cold and hot water, this option seemed to me not suitable. After a lot of searching, I found out about the heat pump system Hitachi , which heat the rooms, and water, using the already available thermal resources, that is, ordinary air. This option was an ideal solution to the problem, since there is a small cafe on the ground floor in the western part of the hotel. Chefs work there from about 4 am and throughout the day. In the course of their work, naturally, the air heats up, in addition, the refrigeration equipment also brings a positive result. It would be foolish not to use what is already available for free, so I decided to purchase a heat pump from this company.
Installation and usage results
Now I'll tell you about how the equipment performed during the entire period of operation, as already mentioned, this is about one year. Buying a pump and installing it cost me a fairly large sum of money. However, it soon became apparent that these costs would pay off in a few months. And so it happened.
