In April-May of the financial year 2026-2027, coking coal import volumes at Indian ports increased by 6%.

India's coking coal imports through all the country's major ports during April-May fiscal year 2026-27 are provisionally estimated at 11.785 million tonnes, up 5.67 percent from last year, according to data received by the Indian Ports Association (IPA) on Thursday, June 4.
