Looking at today's plant, I understand that the work of V.S. Boyko is a real model of service to the beloved business. He has been amazing his colleagues and subordinates to his performance for a year after the year, he completely and completely gives himself to the enterprise, he is a real director. At any time of the year, in any weather, his working day begins at 6 in the morning and sometimes ends after midnight. He does not spare himself, does not spare his health, he literally burns at work. Vladimir Semenovich is not one of those who are sitting in the office for hours, it is easier to find in any of the workshops than to wait for the reception. Everyone who has ever encountered him knows that he only thinks about himself last. And only three components of his life - family, production and caring for people - have real significance for him, because he has his own system of values. The one whom some journalists call the oligarch in thought, still lives in a regular three -room apartment and dines with food from the factory dining room.

Today, very often, the word "professionalism" is pronounced from the lips of state husbands. For me, an example of professionalism has always been and will be V.S. Boyko. His work at the plant is his life. Starting his career from the point of a headman, he went through all the steps. One could say - the steps of the career ladder, but this is not at all. The word "career" to the personality of V.S. Boyko is not applicable by definition. He just worked and works. It really works, putting yourself into the matter of all. It was always like this: when he worked as a cutter in a leaf -rolling workshop, and when he was a senior master, and when he became the head of the workshop, and when he was appointed the head of the production department of the plant. Since 1955 to date, Vladimir Semenovich has been living by the life of the plant, which has become for him almost the second home. It was talent and attitude to the case that allowed him to achieve today's heights. Nobody helped him, no one promoted him, he achieved everything on his own.



In 1990, in an insanely difficult time, V.S. Boyko headed the plant. Ahead was the collapse of the USSR, absolutely everything collapsed, and not all enterprises managed to stay afloat and survive.
