According to preliminary data released by the Central Bank of Turkey, the capacity utilization rate of Turkey's basic metals manufacturing industry was 76.3 percent in June this year, compared with 76.1 percent recorded in the previous month, while the capacity utilization rate of Turkey's base metals manufacturing industry was 74.7 percent in June 2025.
Meanwhile, this month's utilization rate capacity in the production of metal products, excluding machinery and equipment equipment, stood at 73.8 percent, up from 73.5 percent recorded in May and from 71.2 percent in June 2025.
Capacity utilization rate in Turkey's general manufacturing industry, on the other hand, stood at 74.5 percent in June this year, up from 74.2 percent recorded in the previous month, down from 74.6 percent in the same month in 2025.
