On June 22, TKAS Auto Steel Plate (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established, a wholly owned subsidiary of TAGAL (TKAS Auto Steel Co., Ltd.), an innovative joint venture between Thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG of Germany and Angang Steel Co., Ltd. from China. The new company specializes in the sale of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (HDG) for the automotive industry.
Sun Yu is the legal representative of TKAS Auto Steel Plate (Shanghai), whose registered capital is 100 million yuan ($14.7 million).
TKAS Auto Steel Plate (Shanghai)'s business scope includes wholesale and retail sales auto parts, sale of metal materials and sale of metal products.
