Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL), a subsidiary of state-owned Coal India Limited (CIL), produced 2.37 million tons of coking coal in July 2026, up 4.6% from the corresponding month of the previous year, according to a company statement released on Monday, August 3.
The total production of coking coal by the company for the period from April to July 2026/27 fiscal year amounted to 8.57 million tons, a decrease of 21.2 percent compared to the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
