The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the amended final results of the administrative review of the Anti-dumping Duty (AD) order on round carbon steel pipes from Thailand for the period from March 1, 2019 to February 29, 2020.
DOC amends the final results in accordance with the decision of the United States Court of International Trade (CIT). On July 17, 2026, the International Court of Arbitration issued its final decision, confirming the results of the third review of the DOC, which, in the opinion of the DOC, do not correspond to the original final results.
Based on the court's decision, the weighted average dumping margin for Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd. (Saha Thai) and Thai Premium Pipe Co., Ltd. The share of Thai premium pipes increased from 36.97% to 14.74%. According to the initial final results, the weighted average dumping margin for both companies was 36.97 percent
