In value terms, tinplate exports in June totaled 2.6 million US dollars, compared with 3.0 million US dollars in the previous month and 4.2 million US dollars in the same month last year.
In June, the United States shipped the most tinplate to Pakistan - 448 tons, compared with 88 mt in May and 310 tons in June 2025. In June, there were no significant shipments (1,000 tons or more) of sheet tin from the United States.
