Chinese steel manufacturer Xining Special Steel, based in Qinghai Province, announced that its net loss for the period from January to June this year was 311 million yuan ($45.9 million), compared with a net loss of 235 million yuan recorded in the same period last year.
During the specified period, Xining Special Steel's operating revenue amounted to 2.817 billion yuan (0.42 billion dollars), which is 2.4% less compared to the same period last year.
