Vietnamese steel company Hoa Phat has announced that it has received a certificate from the Polish Institute of Construction Research (ITB) for the production of prestressed concrete strip (PC strand), which allows it to supply products to Polish transport infrastructure and civil engineering projects, as well as support its expansion in Europe.
The certification confirms compliance with Polish requirements
According to the company, the company's assessment, conducted in accordance with the technical certificates ITB-KOT-2026/3038 and IBDiM-KOT-2026/1205, confirmed that the quality control system at the plant meets strict European requirements, which allows Hoa Phat to serve all segments of consumers in Poland without restrictions.

Hoa Phat stated that its annual PCB production capacity is 250,000 tons, thanks to Italian technology and an integrated production chain from steel billet to finished products, ensuring consistent quality and reliable supply. The company added that its products comply with European specifications EN10138 and Y1860S7 and are already being shipped to markets including the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.
