Sibgazstroydetal expands its product line

Sibgazstroydetal plant has started production of tees, elbows and other fittings from stainless steel. The products are intended primarily for the oil and chemical industries, nuclear and thermal power engineering. The maximum diameter of the products is 7 meters. The enterprise will produce up to 3 thousand tons of such products per year.

Sibgazstroydetal acquired a modern steel hardening complex with a furnace capable of heating the metal to a temperature of 1100 degrees. Thanks to the complex, it became possible to expand the range of products. In addition to the furnace, it includes a quenching bath. The new equipment allows the plant to remain a reliable supplier of pipelines and fittings. The quality of new products is confirmed by certificates.

Earlier, the plant supplied fittings for the construction of the Tikhoretsk-Tuapse oil pipeline worth 76 million rubles. and more than 100 various fittings for the reconstruction of the gas transportation system of the Vyngayakhinskoye and Ety-Purovskoye fields.

Sibgazstroydetal was founded in Omsk in 1968. The main direction of the plant is the production of parts for the repair, construction and arrangement of technological, main oil and gas pipelines, pumping and compressor stations. Since July 2014, the plant has received a license for the production of parts for nuclear installations, storage and disposal of nuclear waste. Orders for anti-corrosion coating of surfaces of any complexity are also carried out.
