In the first nine months of 2014, TMK's Russian division delivered 2.144 million tonnes of pipe products, which is 4.3 percent lower on an annualized basis. However, in Q3 2014 shipments were 9 percent higher QoQ to 762,000 tonnes.

In January-September 2014, seamless pipe shipments totaled 1.329 million tonnes, down 2 percent YoY. In the third quarter of 2014, shipments were up 1.3 percent QoQ to 440,000 tonnes. Welded pipe deliveries decreased by 7.7 percent to 815,000 tonnes in the nine months of 2014.

In the nine months of 2014, seamless OCTG pipe shipments were virtually flat YoY at 754,000 tonnes, while there was an 18.3 percent drop to 217,000 tonnes in Q3 2014 due to a seasonal decline in production drilling oil and gas in Russia.

In the nine months of 2014, seamless line pipe shipments remained flat YoY at 347,000 tonnes, while in Q3 2014 there was an increase of 34.6 percent to 134,000 tonnes due to the start of pipeline construction and related infrastructure projects.

In the third quarter of 2014, shipments of industrial seamless pipes increased by 28.4 percent to 89,000 tonnes, driven by a seasonal increase in demand for this product. The overall result for nine months of 2014 includes deliveries of Russian enterprises TMK, TMK-Kaztrubprom and TMK GIPI in Russia, the CIS and non-CIS markets (except for the North American market).
