OJSC Severstal-metiz, which is part of PJSC Severstal, has confirmed the quality of Hendix Shotcrete steel fiber in accordance with the requirements of the European Union, which makes it possible to supply these products to the European market.
Certification of Hendix Shotcrete steel fiber has been successfully completed at the Cherepovets site of OAO Severstal-metiz. In the course of certification work, the products' compliance with the strict requirements of the European standard EN 14592 was confirmed.
The certification procedure provided for inspection of production and testing of fibers in an independent accredited European laboratory. The test results allowed Severstal-metiz to obtain an EU declaration of conformity, which gives the right to supply these products to the European market. Steel fiber Hendix Shotcrete is widely used in the construction industry, so certification was a logical step for expanding the territory of supply and increasing export of products.
