Norilsk Nickel informs about the buyback of shares from 10 to 14 August

Norilsk Nickel is implementing a program to buy back its own shares for up to $ 500 million, calculated by the end of 2015. In the future, all repurchased shares will be canceled.

As part of this program, Norilsk Nickel bought back its shares from August 10 to 14, 2015. The shares were purchased at the current market price on the Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS.

105,210 * ordinary shares of Norilsk Nickel were repurchased on the open market of the Moscow Exchange at the current market price for the amount of 1,051.5 million rubles, equal to 16.4 million dollars. Since the start of the buyback, Norilsk Nickel has acquired 785,154 * shares for RUB 7,391.2 million, equivalent to USD 125.7 million.
