Arseniy Yatsenyuk's government lifted all restrictions on the export of non-ferrous scrap

According to the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Maksim Nefedov, there will be less "stupid work" in the Cabinet of Ministers after the abolition of licensing of foreign economic operations with non-ferrous scrap.

According to the government decree No. 773 of September 30, 2015, a new shorter list of goods was approved, the export and import of which is subject to licensing and quotas.

Hartzinc is excluded from the list (zinc waste in the process of hot-dip galvanizing of products, FeZn is formed as a result of the chemical combination of zinc with iron and iron salts, - ed.) With the foreign economic activity code 2620110000, ferronickel (7202600000), ferrotitanium (7202910000), refined copper - cathodes and sections cathodes (7403110000), copper rods, bars and profiles (7407), copper pipes and tubes (7411), secondary aluminum alloys in ingots or liquid state (7601209100), secondary aluminum alloys (7601209900), aluminum products (761699) and raw lead (7801).

The decree of the cabinet of the minister was published today in the official publication "Uryadovy kuryer" and came into force.
