Donetskgormash restores foundry

The largest mining engineering enterprise in Donbass and Ukraine, Donetskgormash State Enterprise, has launched its own foundry production of parts for mining equipment for the first time in 6 years. The Donetsk News Agency (DAN) was informed about this by its director Vasily Mudretsov.

“We have launched a foundry, to date, 24 parts have already been cast in one casting for mine fans, combines, loaders and other machines. Now the details are being processed and brought to the marketable condition, ”said Mudretsov.

Earlier, Donetskgormash ordered casting at the Kirov machine plant in Horlivka, which is now shut down and practically does not produce any products.

According to the agency, Donetskgormash has formed a portfolio of orders for 2016 and plans to sell mining equipment for at least RUB 500 million next year.

Among the counterparties of Donetskgormash are enterprises of the Donetsk region, as well as companies from the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan.

“The contracts themselves will be directly concluded in November-December. Now we are trying to enter the far abroad and are starting to work closely on the domestic market, ”said Vasily Mudretsov.
